OUTCOME
Our project successfully leveraged Virtual Reality (VR) technology to enhance the educational experience for university students, particularly international students at the University of Sydney. We surpassed conventional teaching methods by creating an engaging and interactive learning environment. The VR tool provided tailored guidance, improved campus experience, simplified transportation, and fostered cultural assimilation. As a result, international students experienced a smoother transition into their new academic and cultural setting in Australia.
CHALLENGE
Ensuring international students from diverse backgrounds can quickly adapt to and navigate the VR environment requires extensive user testing and iteration. Developing comprehensive and detailed content, maintaining user engagement, and encouraging consistent use of the VR tool necessitates effectively integrating interactive and immersive elements.

REFLECTION
During our group collaboration, we had clear roles and actively completed our respective tasks. Our team ensured efficient progress through seamless teamwork and timely communication.
Before the project began, we defined the roles and responsibilities of each member based on our previous proposal. This clear division of labor ensured that every task was overseen by a dedicated individual, allowing us to advance the project more accurately and swiftly.
Throughout the project, we maintained open communication and feedback. Regular meetings were held to share work updates and collaboratively address any issues. This constant communication kept everyone informed about the project's status, prevented information delays, and laid a solid foundation for successful project execution.
